Banana Split Smoothie
Great tasting after your morning workout
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients

(10 oz.) firm tofu

chocolate syrup

large or 2 small ripe bananas
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
crushed pineapple
|
|
|
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Serve very cold.
