Peachy Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

Yield: 4 (1 cup) servings

1 peach, pitted and coarsely chopped

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 container (6 ounce) lowfat vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1 Tablespoon honey

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and mix until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
